Returns & Exchanges

One product means one thing to get right: the size. We will help.

We want you wearing the right shirt. If the size is off, we will exchange it. Because each shirt is printed to order, the details below keep things fair for a small single‑product store.

Exchanges

• Unworn, unwashed shirts in original condition can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
• Start an exchange by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number and the size you want.
• We will send the new size once the original is on its way back.

Refunds

If the shirt arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — just send a photo when you write in. For change‑of‑mind returns of an unworn shirt, we refund the item price once it is back with us; original shipping is non‑refundable.

What isn't returnable

Worn, washed, or altered shirts can't be returned for hygiene reasons. The design never changes, so "it says cigarettes" is not, respectfully, a fault.

Getting the size right the first time

Most exchanges are about fit. The size guide has chest and length measurements for every size, S–XXXL, so you can order with confidence.
